Do you worry that what you say might hurt someone else’s feelings or cause conflict?

But if you don’t speak up, how will the other person know what you’re feeling?

Are you afraid that your words won’t come out right or won’t be taken seriously?

Yet, if you stay silent, aren’t you suppressing your true feelings and thoughts?

Do you fear being judged or criticized for your opinions or ideas?

Remember, holding back means denying yourself the chance to be heard and understood.

Are you hesitant to express your needs or boundaries, fearing they won’t be respected?

But isn’t it crucial to assert yourself and ensure your well-being?

Do you doubt if your perspective matters or if anyone will listen?

Your voice is unique and valuable — don’t underestimate its power to make a difference.

Are you nervous about sharing your vulnerabilities or emotions?

Opening up can lead to deeper connections and mutual understanding.

Do you hesitate to challenge the status quo or voice your concerns?

Change often begins with someone daring to question and speak up.
