I Won’t Give Up
I’ve stumbled, I’ve fallen, I’ve felt the sting of defeat,
Yet here I stand, refusing to retreat.
Each failure whispers, “This is where you stop,”
But my heart shouts louder, “This is where you rise to the top.”
The road is jagged, the journey is long,
But every step strengthens, makes me belong.
Persistence fuels me; it’s my guiding star,
Reminding me always of how I’ve come so far.
Doubt may knock, fear may call,
Yet I climb, no matter how steep the wall.
For dreams aren’t built on ease or luck,
They’re forged in fire, in trials, in muck.
Every setback is a lesson, every “no” a clue,
A map for tomorrow, a chance to renew.
So I’ll fail, I’ll fall, and I’ll try once more,
Because giving up shuts every door.
I won’t give up; I’ll stand my ground,
In failure’s echoes, resilience is found.
For the greatest victories don’t come with ease,
They’re earned by those who refuse to appease.
So here I am, battered but strong,
With persistence as my anthem, my lifelong song.
No matter the odds, no matter the fight,
I’ll keep pressing forward, toward the light.
