Life Is Fleeting
Life is fleeting, I’ve come to see,
Moments slip away like sand through the sea.
Each second a treasure, each breath a gift,
Time’s swift current, impossible to lift.
I walk through days that blur and blend,
Wishing for more, yet nearing the end.
Sunsets fade, and dawns reappear,
But the same moment won’t come back, my dear.
Cherish today, for tomorrow’s unsure,
Memories we make, are the moments that endure.
Hold close the laughter, the tears, the smiles,
In the grand journey of life’s many miles.
Time ticks away, an unyielding beat,
Life’s fleeting dance, bittersweet.
We chase the future, we dwell on the past,
Forgetting the present, where moments last.
I’ve watched loved ones come and go,
Their presence a whisper, a delicate flow.
Regret haunts the hours not fully lived,
Time’s unforgiving, it never forgives.
So I vow to embrace each day’s light,
