You want to be recognised, but do you realise that true recognition comes from within?

You want to be admired, but are you sacrificing your authenticity for admiration?

You want to be loved, but is seeking love from others preventing you from loving yourself?

You want to be praised, but does external praise truly fulfil your inner needs?

You want to be accepted, but are you accepting yourself fully and unconditionally?

You want to be validated, but have you considered validating your own worth?

You want to impress others, but at what point does impressing others overshadow your own happiness?

You want to avoid criticism, but is the fear of criticism holding you back from expressing your true self?

You want to fit in, but is fitting in worth losing the uniqueness that makes you who you are?

You want to seek approval, but whose approval are you truly seeking, and why?

You want to seek validation from others, but have you ever paused to ask yourself: what do I truly need?

Remember:

You are worthy.

You are enough.
