Stop Thinking You’re Not Good Enough
If you really stop and think about it, who gets to decide what “good enough” even means?
Who is setting the bar you’re trying so hard to reach?
Too often, we let imaginary standards — standards we’ve created based on other people’s lives — dictate how we feel about ourselves.
And that’s the trap.
You start looking at someone else’s highlight reel and comparing it to your behind-the-scenes, thinking you’re not enough.
But you are. You always have been.
I get it. I’ve been there, too.
I’ve had moments where I doubted every decision, questioned every ability, and wondered why I wasn’t further along in life.
I’d scroll through social media and see everyone else seemingly living perfect lives, achieving milestone after milestone.
And there I was, feeling stuck.
But here’s the thing I eventually realised: nobody has it all figured out.
Not a single person.
You see, confidence doesn’t come from having it all.
It comes from embracing who you are — flaws, quirks, strengths, and all.
