You’re All That I Have

You walked into my life, a gift wrapped in wonder,
How did the universe decide to send you my way, I often ponder.
I wasn’t searching, I wasn’t asking,
But there you were, my heart basking.

You’re the sun that warms my frozen skies,
The gentle truth in a world of lies.
With you, life feels like a beautiful song,
A melody I’ve been humming all along.

I can’t imagine days without your face,
Your love has become my safest place.
If you ever left, what would remain?
A hollow shell, drowning in pain.

You’re all that I have, my reason, my light,
The anchor that holds me through the darkest night.
How lucky I am to call you mine,
A rare star in a world of the mundane and divine.

So I’ll cherish each moment, each whisper, each laugh,
For you’re all that I have, my better half.
And if the world ever dares to tear us apart,
Know you’ll always live in the core of my heart.
